In 2020 I joined Westerberg & Partners where I predominantly work with dispute resolution. Since I graduated from the university, I have worked with disputes in different roles. Most recently, prior to joining the team at Westerberg, I worked with Business-to-Consumer disputes at the Swedish Board for Consumer Disputes where I was Senior counsel responsible for two business areas and represented the Board in relation to other state agencies and non-governmental organisations.
I have also served as a law clerk at Nyköping District Court for two years during which I prepared and adjudicated a wide range of legal cases, as well as guided the disputing parties in their efforts to reach a settlement.
In my role as counsel I always strive to reach the most favourable business-oriented solution for my client, be it to initiate legal proceedings or to negotiate a settlement. In doing so, I appreciate the creative process of finding and formulating the arguments to convince the counterpart, or the adjudicator, of my client’s case.
In addition to my studies in law at Uppsala University, I have also studied business economics at the University of Colorado – Leeds School of Business.
