I have more than 30 years’ experience of legal work, including a shorter period as general counsel at a Dutch based Venture Capital company. My practice was initially focused on copyright and litigation, where I represented some of the world’s most renowned artists in copyright infringement cases. I also appeared in numerous cases before Swedish courts and in national and international arbitration for a wide variety of clients. For the last 20 years I have specialized in domestic and international transactional work, primarily transactions in which IP is a vital component. Transaction where I can use my IP background in assisting clients in developing their businesses. I represent owners, companies and private equity firms.
I was the managing partner of Lindahl Stockholm from 2013 to 2018 and chairman of Lindahl Sweden during 2018. I’m one of the founding partners of Westerberg & Partners, where I also was managing partner until 2020. I have a passion for leadership and the underlying forces which make an organization thrive.
