I joined Westerberg & Partners as an associate in 2020 and became a member of the Swedish Bar Association in 2024. I advise clients in all areas of IP law and regulatory and transactional matters. A large part of my work relates to matters within the life sciences field.
I graduated with an LL.M. from Stockholm University in 2020 following an exchange semester at Macquarie University in Sydney. Since joining Westerberg & Partners, my work has covered all areas of IP law including marketing law and regulatory matters mainly related to life sciences, food stuffs, alcohol and tobacco. The work within IP includes litigation and transactional work, primarily in transactions where IP is a vital component. I have also been on a secondment at a company within the tobacco and nicotine product industry as legal counsel. My work covered the day-to-day corporate law as well as specific regulatory and marketing issues.
I have published articles for the International Law Office and I am a member of AIPPI, SIJU (the Swedish Association for IT & Law), SFU (the Swedish Copyright Association) and SFIR (the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property). I am a co-author of the practical handbook “Life Science – Law and Practice” published by Norstedts Juridik.
